Cancellations

When we schedule your appointment we set that time aside for you and your pet. If you find that your appointment is no longer needed, please call us 24 hours in advance so we can make your appointment time available to someone else.

If you are going to be late for your appointment please be mindful there are other appointments scheduled immediately after yours. We will do our best to work you back into the schedule.
