We are happy to provide you an estimate for any medical or surgical procedure recommended. Some medical conditions cannot be known until diagnostic work is performed. Except in a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you if there is a change in your pet’s diagnostic or treatment plan before we proceed. In the case of surgical procedures, please make sure you are available by telephone during the anticipated surgical time.
